About hair biology
The évolis® Professional products have been developed by scientists researching hair biology, specifically the hair loss protein FGF5. This natural protein, FGF5, is associated with hair loss; more FGF5 means more hair fall and thinner hair. Blocking FGF5 slows down the process and results in reduced hair loss, increased hair growth and a thickening and strengthening of the hair over time.
